How soon will you dispatch my order?

If the product you require is in stock it will be dispatched the next working day. If your order is received before midday we may be able to dispatch it on the same day - we’ll make that happen if we possibly can. If the item should sell out before we can process your order, we will email to let you know how soon we anticipate getting further stock. You will also be offered a full refund for any out-of-stock items in your order should you decide to cancel rather than wait. 

 

Do you charge for delivery?

We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £15 this will be Royal Mail 1st Class standard postage, different delivery options are available at checkout. Overseas destinations attract slightly higher charges than those in the UK.  Having selected your preferred deliver option, delivery costs are calculated and added in the checkout area.  Please note all products are packaged in our smart Strap City boxes.  Up to three straps/bracelets can be included in one box.  Delivery charges will be calculated per box, rather than per item - saving you money.  But there is no charge for UK Delivery of orders worth over £15 or Overseas Delivery of orders worth over £50 (product value).

 

Do you offer a guarantee?

Guarantees are all about instilling confidence in customers and protecting reputations for vendors.  The problem is that they are notoriously vague (what does ‘Lifetime Guarantee’ really mean and to whose lifetime does it refer?)  Our reputation as first class suppliers of top quality products is totally reliant upon your continuing to have confidence in us.  The only way we can preserve it is to treat you fairly and with the respect you deserve at all times. So if any complaint you may feel justified in making falls outside the cover provided by your extensive statutory rights, you can rest assured that it will be heard and addressed by a business that values customer satisfaction above everything. How do I return an item?

Please contact support@strap.city before returning any product. Our Customer Support team will help process the return and advise you on how and where to ship your returns.

 

How can I edit or cancel my order?

Simply send an email to support@strap.city and we'll make the necessary adjustments.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (excluding American Express) and Paypal.
